Latest news - new book, CPD points and latest courses

We hope that you are all thriving as the world increasingly opens up again and is rebuilding connections, projects and travel.

CreateCATT was very happy to present at the International Play Association (IPA) Conference in Scotland in June. What an amazing event- we highly recommend that you join this organization as it has offices all over the world and brings together global leaders in the field.

We are delighted to announce that our first book on Why Play Matters 101 Ideas for Developmental Play will be out later this year. Watch the “bookshelves” and order your copy. It is packed with ideas and brings together lots of theory and practice to support your Developmental Play Journey.

As our CEO is now spending more time in the UK we are rolling out more projects there so if you are in UK or Europe do check them out. Our top news is that Developmental Play is now a CPD Unit as AECC University College – for those of you qualified as CDPPs you can use this training for credits towards a unit for a Masters – just contact AECC for more details. The plan is to build the Developmental Play Training into a Post Graduate Diploma next year. Watch this space.

We are also running workshops for adults in post pandemic playfulness in the UK and more details are in this link.

Our lively partnership with Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Centre is up and running again and we are training face to face again in the Philippines. If you are based there and keen to complete your trainings – Level 3 will run this October 16th – 18th in Batangas.

Level Two runs again this August with webinars from 16th August to 20th September. The link is live now on :

Our next Level One training starts in September

We do hope that as the world opens up you are feeling more playful and feel part of a community harnessing the power of play to build back better – as one of our Filipino Doctors says “ Play is the Way”

Have a great holiday season and stay playful
